Melancholy Hopeful - Hey MD. How often do you go crate-digging, and what do you look for? do you go for the more obscure sort of stuff, or more classic records? how do you choose what you sample? I’m always amazed when I hear guys like Madlib who seem to sample the most bizarre and seemingly unrelated stuff, and yet he always seems to combine it to get it to work. Also, who would you rate as your favourite and most respected producers? That’s alot of questions haha :)
